Refunds, in plain language.

In short: plans are monthly with a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime — it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, so you never lose time you bought. We don't refund partial months; wrong charges are refunded in full.
Free trial
Every studio starts with 14 days free — no card needed. If you don't subscribe, nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from Setup → Billing & data inside the app. You keep full access until your current billing period ends; no further charges after that. Your data stays safe and readable.
Plan changes
Upgrades apply immediately — you pay only the pro-rated difference for the days left in your cycle. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Refunds
- No refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or unused leads.
- Charged in error (duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation)? Write to us within 30 days — full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Extended outage on our side? Contact us and we'll make it right with a credit or refund.
